How can I track my order?
We will send you a tracking number to your email once your package has been shipped.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes as long as your order has not been packed/dispatched. You have 24 hours to request an order cancellation.

Can I change my order?
No - unfortunately you cannot change your order once it has been placed. You wil have to request a return once you receive your order.

Refund policy
You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return for exchange or store credit.
We do not offer refunds unless the item is confirmed as faulty.
Requests made outside this timeframe will not be accepted.
How to Request a Return
To request a return, please contact us directly at summerseaau@gmail.com with the subject line “RETURN”.
Include the following details in your email:
- Full name and order number
- Item(s) you wish to return
- Reason for return
- Clear photos if the item is faulty
Once your request has been reviewed, we will provide further instructions.
Unauthorised or unapproved returns will not be accepted.
Important Information
- Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene reasons, swimwear, underwear, bodysuits, and earrings cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.
We recommend using a tracked postal service, as we are not responsible for lost parcels. - Faulty Items: If your item is faulty, we will provide a replacement.
If a replacement is not possible (for example, the item is out of stock), a refund will be issued instead. - Store Credits: Store credits are issued once your return is received and inspected.
Credits are sent by email, have no expiry date, and can be used on any item available on our website. - Exchanges: Once your return is approved and your store credit has been issued, you may use it to purchase your preferred size, colour, or style directly through the store.
- Cancellations: Orders cancelled before shipment may incur a 10-15% processing and service fee to cover non-refundable payment and administrative costs.
Cancellations are not accepted once your order has been shipped or is in transit.

Shipping policy
All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days of purchase.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery.
Delivery Times
Estimated delivery within Australia is 5–9 business days from the date of dispatch.
Please note that delivery times may vary due to unexpected delays, public holidays, or peak periods beyond our control.
At this stage, only standard shipping is available.
We aim to ensure all parcels arrive as quickly as possible.
Shipping Rates
- Free standard shipping for orders over $75 AUD
- Flat rate: $7.95 AUD for orders under $75
Orders can be tracked via Australia Post or for more accurate tracking, www.parcelsapp.com.
Warehouses & Fulfilment
Summersea operates from two warehouses - one located in Australia and one at our international manufacturing facility.
If an item is out of stock in our Australian warehouse, it may be dispatched from our international facility instead.
This ensures your order is fulfilled efficiently and without unnecessary delay.
In such cases, delivery timeframes may vary slightly depending on courier processing.
Tracking & Delivery Issues
Once an order has been handed over to Australia Post, Summersea is no longer responsible for any delays, loss, or damage that may occur in transit.
We recommend contacting Australia Post directly with your tracking number for the most accurate delivery updates.
However, if you encounter any issues, our team is always happy to assist with tracking support and guidance.

Pre-Order Policy
Pre-Order Policy
At Summersea, some of our pieces are available on a pre-order basis. Pre-ordering allows us to thoughtfully produce limited quantities and reduce waste while bringing you styles we truly love.
By placing a pre-order, you are securing your item before it is produced and shipped.
Delivery Timeframes
- Pre-order items have an estimated delivery time of 5–6 weeks from the date your order is placed.
- This timeframe includes production, quality checks, and shipping.
- Please note that delivery times are estimated and may vary slightly due to manufacturing or shipping delays. If there are any significant changes, we’ll keep you updated via email.
Shipping
- If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, your entire order will be shipped together once the pre-order item is ready, unless otherwise stated.
- Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Payment
- Full payment is required at the time of purchase to secure your pre-order item.
Cancellations & Changes
- As pre-order items are made specifically for you, we are unable to cancel or change pre-orders once they have been placed, unless required under Australian Consumer Law.
- Please ensure you select the correct size and colour before checking out.
Returns
- Pre-order items are subject to our standard returns policy.
- We do not offer refunds for change of mind on pre-order items unless the item is faulty or not as described, in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
