Refund policy

 

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return for exchange or store credit.
We do not offer refunds unless the item is confirmed as faulty.
Requests made outside this timeframe will not be accepted.


How to Request a Return

To request a return, please contact us directly at summerseaau@gmail.com with the subject line “RETURN”.
Include the following details in your email:

  • Full name and order number
  • Item(s) you wish to return
  • Reason for return
  • Clear photos if the item is faulty

Once your request has been reviewed, we will provide further instructions.
Unauthorised or unapproved returns will not be accepted.


Important Information

  • Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene reasons, swimwear, underwear, bodysuits, and earrings cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.
    We recommend using a tracked postal service, as we are not responsible for lost parcels.
  • Faulty Items: If your item is faulty, we will provide a replacement.
    If a replacement is not possible (for example, the item is out of stock), a refund will be issued instead.
  • Store Credits: Store credits are issued once your return is received and inspected.
    Credits are sent by email, have no expiry date, and can be used on any item available on our website.
  • Exchanges: Once your return is approved and your store credit has been issued, you may use it to purchase your preferred size, colour, or style directly through the store.
  • Cancellations: Orders cancelled before shipment may incur a 10-15% processing and service fee to cover non-refundable payment and administrative costs.
    Cancellations are not accepted once your order has been shipped or is in transit.
